PAYMENT TERMS
Payment may be made by cheque. A minimum deposit of 40% of the total order value is required. For special orders, a 50% deposit is required. Payment of the balance is due when your order is ready for despatch. All prices include VAT at the current rate.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders of bespoke furniture are non-returnable.

WOOD DESCRIPTIONS
Each piece is handmade to order – please allow approximately 6 – 8 weeks for delivery. All dimensions are to the nearest whole centimetre and inch (width x height x depth). Though we strive to make the information accurate, merchandise is subject to change, and measurements may vary from those stated.

The wood shown may vary slightly from actual colours. Each piece of wood is unique, and as with all natural products there are variations in grain and colour – please consider these as an integral part of the individual character of your piece of furniture.

Please note that Cherry wood darkens considerably with exposure to light. It may take several months for it to reach a rich, dark colour. The grain of American Walnut will enhance and lighten over time and with exposure to daylight. Maple may darken slightly over time. Sample packs are available as a guide to colour, grain and texture – please contact us on 01446 772931 to discuss your requirements.
